Talking purely about the houses, as I don't know anything about the area or the developments, I would strongly urge you to go for the Redrow home. Thats part of their new Heritage collection and they are really well specced and good quality homes.
We are looking at the moment around where I am and of all the new builds we have seen the new Redrow homes are the best quality by far.0 -
