On the train back from interview. Not sure how it went tbh. His last words to me were 'So you're a bit of a free spirit then?' Not sure if he thinks that's good or bad. X

Mailboxes all decluttered seeing as it is raining. My mother is cleaning the utility room so I expect that she will have lots of suggestions as to what can go! And I've done some work, although how I am supposed to work with an editor who can't distinguish between a noun and a verb, thinks 'begins' is a synonym for 'beds in' and 'spread the news' will do for 'evangelise' I have no idea. Another editor doesn't apper to have herd of intransitive verbs. I know you don't have to understand the subject to edit it, but it does help to ask questions rather than randomly changing the meaning of everything...

  • I was sure it was Friday today - infact this week's been so long and hard I thought it was the 5th one of this week.

Imagine my horror when it dawned on me that it was only bl**dy Thursday!

Oh crickett - I'm having the opposite issue - 10pm is galloping towards me at a rate of knots.

Still they say "time is an illusion - lunchtime doubly so!!!"

Slurping the last of my coffee - and back to my plan formatting.

PS someone remind me I still have to wrap one of DS1's pressies (just found it tucked in my store cupboard - bought in January sales) ................. and just to make you jealous, its a Pokemon duvet cover ................... why are grown-up duvets so, well, grown-up????

I remember having a Pierrot cover as a girl - loved my bed in that.
