Willow - hugs for you on your loss
Souk and sunflower - positive vibes heading your way
MG - can I tent it in the corner, no leccy hook up as we like back to basics camping if that's ok and no shower block needed for my two as they appear to be able to dodge the water even when in the shower so no point!

Souk & Sunflower - good luck
Willow - again so sorry about pups - but at least you can offer pets that last act of love by making sure they are not in pain and are at peace
Raining here today so another pottery/de-cluttering day ahead before hols on Sat......
And MG - my garden is pretty big so the caravans can sit on the drive & the tents on the grass, if that helps - & me as a woose will be in my bedroom - other wooses can fight over the spare roomDebts 07/12/2021

Good Luck Souk and SunFlower...
I am having a nice day (despite the rain!) Had a lightbulb moment in the bathroom last night while taking off my "face", and I wrote it all down immediately so I can talk it through with the Counsellor this evening. I have a late appointment with her, and I am looking forward to the session this time. It will be interesting I think. Also, I have checked the numbers again, and I think, even with the accruals and stuff going through, we are going to be within spitting distance of what we said we were going to be. I am even leaving the year end stuff now, and concentrating elsewhere!
Big relief there.
Right... going to get on with all my work now. Have a great day Matrix!"A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort"Herm Albright 1876-19440 -
Sorry Dragon - got dragged into bath and stories last night and forgot - here's yesterdays challenge.
MG
I think one of the biggest problems with decluttering (apart from the fact that there seems to be SO much of it to do is this:
It is something we do in ADDITION to our normal routine. It hasn't become a self-sustaining habit ......................YET!!!!!
So today - and until the challenge is finished I would like to suggest a quick startegy for creating a decluttering habit that will pay dividends over the next few months .......SPEED DECLUTTERING
First of all I need you to identify something that you do several times a day that you can use as mental kick-start to remind yourself to start speed decluttering.
In my case that would be boiling the kettle. Making my coffee in the morning and tea/coffee throughout the day is an "automatic habit" with me.
Next I need you to "Time" how long that action takes (3 minutes to boil the kettle)
Now you need to decide how many pieces of clutter you are going to liberate in your time period - (3 minutes and 15 items for me).
Now every time I do my "Automatic habit" I grab an empty carrier bag and start tossing as quick as I can. Because this happens so fast I find I don't get hung up on the "shall I keep this? Will I need this? mantra that starts to play when I do this at a normal pace.
My family is also beginning to pick up after themselves - after all if Mum decides to put the kettle on their clutter may just be busted.
You can't do this right or wrong - but you simply have to do it every time you get the trigger. Trust me the surface clutter soon begins to disappear when you start creating this helpful habit.FINALLY AND OFFICIALLY DEBT FREESmall Emergency Fund £500 / £500
