Thrifty, my friend, this is the spirit I like to see. We can discuss more on the other side.

Good news day all round on here today:beer:Heard from friend of missing neighbour who is renting his house through an agency and she says he says it is fine to go ahead with the wall - although someone on DIY thread has sensibly suggested we get it in writing before we knock anything down!

Have been a busy bee today and got new non-white hair, food shop done, kitchen scrubbed, front lawn cut and lost tribe of pygmies evicted, laundry basket emptied at long last, healthy tea had and good old gossipy catch up with best mate enjoyed - am ready for a serious kip now.

Positive vibes for hospital tomorrow - more prodding and poking and investigating :(

I was looking at that myself - for my future patchwork income. Didn't know if it was a good company or not though. Have a work colleague who worked in San Francisco teaching English for a couple of years (he is welsh native speaker :rotfl:)

I think I might just sod it and go for it. I can't find anything overwhelmingly negative about it, lots of people say it should be one of two places

but as I am already qualified as a teacher I can't see the harm? it might be useful for teaching any way.....
