IN s
Skin Therapy 2 in 1 cleanser toner 200 ml (haven’t used toner for a long time although there’s probably some around somewhere)
Lynx Shock shower gel 250 ml (absolutely not required – though can say I UU a shower gel earlier this month)0 -
Oh Sarah, massive hugs and keeping you and LD very firmly in my thoughts. Whatever happens, you will have a clear conscience that you did your best for him.
Sawan, how horrible for you to be ill at this time, the days are getting shorter though, hope that makes it easier.
Absinthe, I got the senior stylist the other week, thought I would be fine and she's cut my fringe much too short. It's not quite an Emo Philips but not far off.
An UU The Balance Me Rose Otto shower gel that was free with Marie Claire.
WIBA? No, definitely not. Additive free it may be, but it was very runny, barely scented and an odd colour, at variance with the scent. It did get me clean, but so would the 80 bottles of Tesco Value shower gel I could get for the same money.
A GA The Clairol Foam Medium Brown got re-homed to our local Sue Ryder charity shop. I did think of writing a warning on the box....Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.0 -
Oh Sarah - keeping everything crossed for littledog - hope he is awake and being thoroughly spoilt by the nurses very soon.x
Sawan - HUGE gentle hug, missed that you are feeling poorly, hope you are better soon
no UU today, though have severely shrunk the latest bar of soap by dropping it in the bath and sitting on it - and i am frantically using my love etc body lotion cos ive realised that a) souffles are for me and b ) I dont actually like it very much !!!!
have a nice day ladies !! xxDo not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup0 -
Sending force to Little Dog Sarah, really hope he pulls through OK.
And hope you feel better soon Sawan *sends get well vibes*"A mind needs books as a sword needs a whetstone, if it is to keep its edge." - Tyrion LannisterMarried my best friend 1st November 2014Loose = the opposite of tight (eg "These trousers feel a little loose")Lose = the opposite of find/gain (eg "I'm going to lose weight this year")0 -

DEcided to go through the stuff I know I won't use and send a box off to the Give appeal. I am off work today so plan to try and declutter a bitLife is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0 -
warning....got my tesco order yesterday and thankfully noticed that the 3 "frozen" seafood items were soft and therefore defrosted:eek::eek::eek:luckily the driver was still in the van so gave them back but his reaction really worried me...he said oh the temperature of the freezer bit is -3C,it should be-10..........my cookbooks say -18 for a freezer.
I said you had better look at other customers orders and he said it was due to him stop/starting:eek:don't all deliveries do this????

Morning ladies,
Sarah*a - hope little dog pulls through
Sawan - hope you're beginning to feel better & can soon collect your cabinet in Wilkos.
One more UU here:
M&S Cotton Collection body cream 75ml. Nice texture, not too heavy, light scent but sadly discontinued. Last one left in stash now.Do nothing in haste; look well to each step; and from the beginning think what may be the end - Edward Whymper0 -
Afternoon Ladies
:D
Well as you can probably tell by the big green smilies Little Dog made it :j We dropped him off at about 8.30 and the vet called at 10.15 to tell us it was all done and he was romping around in his cage like a puppy who'd just had a big nap :rotfl: They are calling him 'Mr Indestructible' at the surgery because nothing seems to stop him
I get to pick him up at 3pm and he should be 100% recovered by the time we go on holiday in 11 days :j
Thanks for everyones prayers and good wishes - you all helped me get through it :A
In even more good news - DD got her GCSE results today - 9 A* grades :j (and a B in Art) - we are stunned, shocked and immensely proud

:rotfl::rotfl: A couple of months ago I asked OH to 'snip out the dry, split ends' of my hair. Unfortunately he took me literally and just snipped out the dry, split ends and paid no attention to keeping it straight and even all the way round and I ended up having to have another couple of inches lopped off to fix it :rotfl::rotfl:
IN's - I got a face cream trial for clixresearch so have 2 x 50ml Day Face Cream Jars - they look vaguely No7ish
Hope everyone is having as wonderful a day as I am - sawan: I hope you get your cabinet today:A
