Happy Birthday Flirtini (and I think I may have missed Fiasco's along the way too? :()

    Thanks!!! I love that pic!!

Am dying to do an updated stash list, but my boyfriend is now firmly ensconsed in my tiny flat :) and I think getting everything out in one go might cause him to die of shock... I'll have a week to myself in early Sept when I come back from Australia and he has an extra week out there to sort his visa, so might have to wait until then!

PS - I have failed already this month. :o Naughty step for me. In preparation for my 3 weeks in Oz, and as I have been totally LOVING the Elemis skincare I've used for the last month I bought the travel sizes of the Tri-enzyme wash, the Lime balancing wash and the Lavender toner. I know, I know it's a waste of money and that I should just get some cheapy travel size bottles and decant from the cheaper full sized products into those... but promised myself it was a one off and in future I shall reuse these bottles when travelling!

Off to plonk my bum on the naughty step and read the rest of the thread to keep me occupied whilst I'm there! :rotfl:

Morning ladies! Another UU for me to report:

La Roche Posay Physiological Eye Makeup Remover: WIBA? I might do. I love that it doesn't leave a greasy feeling but it doesn't get rid of all of my mascara. Plus the bottle is tiny but quite expensive.

threw out a s&g under eye thingy - i prefer these type of things that can be worn on their own but the S&G left my eyes looking radioactive and bright so dumped it

used up some dermatoligica samples last night. the face mask was very nice but the lotion seemed abit runny - though it had been sat around for at least 3 years so that might be why lol.

nearly at the end of my batiste brunette dry shampoo so will need to buy some of that soon. does anyone know of another brand that does a brunette dry shampoo? i find normal white ones make my hair look well weird

has anyone here got the new garnier miracle skin perfector bb cream? apparently it is flying off the shelves. i was thinking if it combines day cream, sun lotion and foundation it might be worth a try
  • 2 UU's from last night

2 Veet Hair Minimising Body Lotion samples.
Glad I took the two of them with me last night to swimming, because 1 only covered 1 leg! lol

Mcculloch Thanks for the tip on the Inecto dry shampoo. Just checked their website and there's one a couple of miles away.

Idiot me forgot to congratulate on a couple of birthdays, but better late than never :o
Happy belated birthday Fiasco and Flirtini - so sorry it's soooo late :o

    Hugest hugs to LT :(

I'm on the naughty step :o

    INs
I bought Flora by Gucci last night (60ml purse spray set). Wanted this for a while for stupid sentimental reasons, then saw the post on the grabbit thread, but missed it. Went to MrBs last night and they had it there reduced to £36. Paid for it with AC points so free.
Boots trial facial serum: very well timed as I just finished the sample P&P & was about to move onto my EL Idealist serum (the only one left in stash) and then voila!

    UUs
Lush Snowglobe Soap: WIBA? Maybe. Nice enough. No reasons to buy/not to buy.

It only just dawned on me that I finally had a 17 voucher on the ACM, which I should have printed, bought the new mascara and got the free eyeliner and a free dazzle dust with the voucher. I'm only about 17 hours late to realise :rotfl::rotfl:

I was in Card Factory today buying a card, and they had racks and racks of C cards in already!!! It's only August!!!

:wall: - and to mock me even further I saw Christmas smilies in the list. Plus a cheesy one too. :rotfl:
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I have failed for August - and it's only the 5th  :o:o

Dangerously went to Boots today - with a skinny, a £5 off wys £20 and a £5 voucher from some market research :o

    So ..... IN's :o

S&G Glad Hair Day Shampoo - really impressed with (what was left of :rotfl:) the tube I got from the swap group....
S&G Glad Hair Day Conditioner (x2) .... so decided to try the conditioner and it's on 3for2 :p
Sanctuary Spa Thermal Face Mask - even though I have an unopened tube already :o

Also stocked up on OS Bubble Bath for OH (it was reduced to 68p) and got a couple of tubes of 'Zingy' Showergel for the charity box (ACM voucher) and a reduced pumice stone thingy.

It all cost me a touch over £10 in cash - so the cost of the S&G stuff - so I don't feel too bad :o but I have my Avon stuff coming today so I really really shouldn't have :o

I'll be on the naughty step for a while so am going to the library to stock up on books for while I'm sat there :rotfl:

Little Dog has been to the vets (again!) He has to stay on his eye drops and anti-sickness meds indefinately now :( Thankfully it all comes under the insurance :T If his eyes get any worse we will have to consider having them removed  :( but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.

Hope y'all are having a better day than me ;)

Afternoon everyone. No INs or UUs to report. I really need to get some more dry shampoo but in Tesco they didn't have the one for coloured hair that I used :( and I didn't want to wonder all the way to Superdrug as my mobility sucks today.:o
