I would echo Short Bird's advice AJ, not least because my sister, on the end of a row of about 4 houses with ALL the water meters outside HER house ended upon the phone to me, terrified and tearful, having been threatened with bailiffs, because some twonk from the water board had 'guessed' which meter went with which house and got it badly wrong. All the money she was paying was going into a suspense A/c and they seemed to think she owed them.

Naturally we got it sorted. She picked exactly the right person in the family to ask for help;)

Off to dentist shortly. This means I can claim for chiropodists and dentist (from Healthcare plan scheme) in one envelope. A plan of Baldrick-like cunningness? No just lucky - I realised yesterday that if I waited a day I could post them together and save the cost of a stamp!:money:

  • Swept the kitchen, bathrooms, cleaned the bath, chucked bleach down the loos, wiped over sinks and did 1 x WM before I went out for bass.

Rebooked Minion's physio for a time when the FW can't interfere.

Now back and thinking that I really must attack Minion's pit again

Once it's done, it should be relatively easy to look after, but the stuff that was under the bed and now in the centre of the room is scaring me.
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.

i was trying to quote and reply to everyone but its gone wrong. i give up. not my day.

DS's slept in. i would have too had my mate not text me at half 7! the one day a week we need up early and they both sleep in!

anyway DS2 spat his medicine all over me. he sulked when i took him to nursery and refused to put his indoor shoes on and take his jacket off then decided to try to leave with me and DS1!

not much flying done. wanted to get the boys curtains washed but with the fog here they wont dry and i dont want to chance them in the TD so i have to wait till weather is better. ive only one airer and not much rooms i would need to do the 2 pairs in rotation. they need to be dry for bedtime coz they are blackout curtains and i am not even going there with DS2 at the moment! i need it pitch black lol.

anyway ive made spag bol for tea and cleaned the kitchen so all i need to do is boil the pasta and freeze the rest. tonight im dying my hair. and drinking vodka. its in the freezer.

I've done sweet FA this week. To be fair I have had a stinker of a cold which made me feel rotten, but if I'm honest I've done the bare minimum since the children broke up from school. They have got Beach Mission this week and next so they are out of the house for a while each day, but they clutter the place up with themselves and their cr*p when they are here so I always feel like Canute trying to keep the tide back. :rotfl:

upload your picture to a file sharing site eg photobucket

then you can get a link for your picture; copy the link (right click)

open MSE in a new tab - find the thread you want to post in

    click on 'Reply to thread'

    insertimage.gif

    click on this button ^

and insert your link in the dialogue box that appears! HTH

(am feeling very clever because I used my own instructions to show you which button to press! grins smugly!)

DD would like a brace. The NHS won't oblige (though they did for DS then they changed the rules). So that's another grand down the swanee...

    BUT

I could ask her dad to put some in
I will get a bit back from the health scheme
he might get a bit back from the health scheme

by the way if it's a HUGE pic or a tiny pic don't ask me how to sort it - I haven't got my head round that bit yet :rotfl:
