    Well aren't you a cynical b*stard? I wouldn't have posted back at all if I hadn't got a refund.

Well I'm sure it would be horrible but in my case I'll never know. But thanks for caring.

Do I look like my name is TJ Hughes? It's them that have to find someone else the shoes fit. All the while my other half is enjoying the perfume which the £15 that got refunded helped to purchase

What a fool you are, he was already on the way to the store that day so I got lucky. Yes I got lucky, oh well guess it was my day after all ;) So you can now go f*ck a duck.

Sorry asserting my rights is now known as difficult and awkward is it? They gave me the refund because I was right. END OF.

By the way getting the refund wasn't my dream. My dreams are much bigger than that. Oh yes and also my dreams are none of my concern, unless I'm in yours? :kisses2: :kisses:

See above. No dreams needed sweetheart.

Yes they did, I did say that, it's just that some people can't/don't manage to read very well. Dicks huh?

Do I look like a toilet? Oh you WOULDN'T know..

    See ya later 'J'

Pleasant aren't you  - hopefully this is the last we'll see of you

You kicked up a fuss (so you say), then spent the money in the same shop anyway?! Priceless! :rotfl::rotfl:

With most clothing and shoes being foreign imports now, there`s no way you can rely on what it say`s the size is on the label.
You HAVE to try everything on to make sure it fits.

Under current trading at TJH they will exchange but not refund.

End of story really because you know this when you buy.

I'll tell you this if they didn't refund then I'd say so, and when they do refund I'll gladly come back here and post the receipt proving it.

There won't be one - merely the whiff of 'perfume' from the exchange
