And ths suspicion is that it was just that - a dream :rotfl:0 -
Excellent post to start the day. I'm just trying to imagine why an administrator dealing with liquidating a business would personally travel 30 mins to attend the store to authorise Soniclords refund :rotfl::rotfl:0

I hate to have to be fair to him as he knows it all, but the administrator dealt with the matter by phone if you read the post again....so they phoned 1 of the administrators who had to authorise everything and I had to wait half an hour for him to get to the store..
Seems like that they DID have to wait for the administrator to get to the store...??Thinking critically since 1996....0 -

The company is in adminstration - they only want money at this point, they wont give refunds like this as they dont care about repeat custom as they are only going to be around for a few more weeks.
They would only have refunded you if you were being awkward in store, shouting and causing a huge fuss, blocking other customers from paying causing more fuss than the 30 pound is worth, in which case I really do feel sorry for the staff who are facing redundancy and have to put up with customers like you.
You have no right to a refund if you just change your mind which you did, you cannot back up anything you say with links, you just claim it to be true which it isnt. Your swearing to other users on here which shows that you couldnt have been pleasent to the staff at TJ Hughes.
Maybe you should stick to shopping online where you do have the right to return items that you dont like the look of or dont fit as you dont always have the right to do that in a b and m shop.0 -
It's amazing how many people believe shouting the odds proves a case. The greatest fun is watching when they encounter someone with a similar frame of mind. Irresistible and immoveable?0

Sorry asserting my rights is now known as difficult and awkward is it? They gave me the refund because I was right. END OF.
Trust me, you're wrong. Whatever you did to get a refund, if you were lucky enough to get it, was down to good will or to make you go away.0 -
