i'm looking for flight to vegas on 11 oct return 20. from manchester pref

prices seem to have gone up from a couple of months ago when i was looking.

cheapest now seem to be klm about 390 ret.

american airlines 450 but think i can get 15% discout with morgan stanley credit card.

wondering whether to book now or hold on.

anyone got advice please

How can I get my pics on here or online come to that.

Dead easy here is how i do it

basically you don,t upload the photos to MSE , you upload them to different site then link to them from the posting window, so they are then displayed in your post/ message

i do it by uploading the photos to my personal " my space" account.

https://www.myspace.com create a account and use the upload images option to get your selected photos on the your accounts pics page

when you have done this goto view photo page and click on which photo you want so it is full size display

right click the photo and select " properties"

in new grey window highlight with your Cursor the "Address URL" ........ starts with http://

( e.g http://a393.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images01/36/l_53e859b2583e2611f82def6bbf5ec268.jpg ) and right click highlighted text and select "copy" .

now in your posting window on this (MSE) site click "insert image" tab ( mountain postcard icon).

"please enter the URL of your image" window appears with http:// in

.delete the http:// in this box or it will be duplicated when you paste your copyed URL from my space photo . now right click and "Paste" in the box .

preview, job done . PM if you have problems

works for most photos you find on websites ect as well. like the one on the first page of this thread.

can get £420 direct out of manchester with https://www.mytravel.com 14th- 21st Oct using ,process described to madhat in post #281.

will they come down. ?? no one knows for sure , like Ferf1223 has said before , if your happy with that price/ route take it and don,t look back, cause it is a Gamble if you don,t and then they rise ect .

they reduced for May/June .... when they were high in Feb and March ect , but that is no guarantee .

i,m pretty sure i,m going to be going in week before Xmas now , but i,m NOT prepared to pay £550 direct for it which is what i,m finding at the moment, so i,m waiting, if the prices don,t move down ect i will have to accept my gamble has not paid off and i probably won,t go or go indirect.

Trets77, Id just like to say that the effort you put in to keep this thread ticking over is greatly appreciated, cheers mate.

Ive found a slightly cheaper flight (£10) than MyTravel with KLM, so I think Im gonna bite the bullet and book it, its still a bit too much for my liking but I dont think im going to get one much cheaper.

I think im going to take advantage of a deal of FatWallet MGM Grand £363 for 7 nights, the deal requires you to show a players card at check-in so ive signed up for that and hopefully they'll send me one.

So it looks like im nearly done and dusted, thanks again for all the help.

okay staying on the https://www.mytravel.com flights i am going to try and see what they have each Tuesday for a day , a week, two weeks , and a month in advance wednesday flights out of manchester.

Flying tomorrow will cost you £550

flying on 25th of April you can get......£199 !!! :shocked: :shocked: :shocked:

flying on 2nd of May in 2 weeks time............£324

flying on 16th may ...........................£368


from what i can see Virgin own websites all top £500 ..BMI lowest is £450. even airline network indirect with NW airlines is £349

lets see if any patterns can be pick up on with mytravel flights. £199 is a amazing price !!!

Your right Trets77 an extra £10 is worth it I didnt realise the MyTravel was direct.

Im slightly worried that it says the 'Players Club Card' must be presented at check in. Ive signed up for the Players Club for free, so Im hoping they'll send me the card in the post. Im just wondering if I have to use it first before I can take advantage of the deal. Has anybody else used a deal where you have to have a players club card?

Yes the my travel flights are direct...i have rung them just too double double confirm in case you are worried, (0871 664 7988)

the flight times are a little longer than Virgins , probably due to type of aircraft.

as for the players club hopefully they will send you a card, i would ring and ask them and explain situation if you have not got it soon. you might have to collect it from players club desk on the day ..don,t know ???

i would not think they will be too worried if you have not yet used it , as they will be hoping you will be using it. i have logged about only $5 on mine..but again i,m not 100% sure
