Debenhams tried to deliver my parcel with "Parcelnet" this morning but as I work mornings they took it back and left a card saying they will try and deliver tomorrow.
I phoned the number to say I wouldn't be in and can they deliver after 1pm or leave with a neighbour. It was just an answerphone with a message saying they don't return phone calls!!!
What am I supposed to do now?? All the other parcel companys just tend to leave stuff down the side of my house!!0 -

For example ordered 20Q game at £6.75 and have been charged £15.75!!
Anyone else had any problems??
Not sure what has gone from account so will have to check, what a pain if I have to take it all back!!0 -
My delivery of two items (it was four, but two were out of stock) arrived via parcel net in a large grey sack that had been torn open. It was left in the porch, but my OH was arriving home as the driver left, so it was delivered this way, not stolen from outside my house.
Debs say the Vtech bus is still available and will be sent out - but reading the above I'll also need to check what I've been charged. The original email said that the prices had also been reduced by 10% as I used a code from the other board, but I need to be on my guard.
On a brighter note popped in at lunchtime and got another two ELC policemen and dog sets (£3 from £10). They seems to find new stock every day so it's been worth going in.
Hopefully my secretary's grandson will like the set - gave it to her as they had a burst pipe at home yesterday and they need cheering up.0 -

You are not alone.
I've got 4 orders on the go with Debenhams which are being delivered in part order parcels. One order of 3 small toys was delivered in 3 seperate parcels.
Various items have been cancelled from my original orders, and items which have been delivered have higher prices on the invoice.
Fortunately I have the confirmation emails with the correct prices on but this will now mean having to get it sorted out with customer services.0 -
I've had my order cancelled too. I ordered on 1st January and got the letter this morning but when I went to look they are still showing as in stock and have allowed me to reorder. I'm using OH's credit card so I'll have to get him to check the statement and make sure we haven't been charged twice.0

More sale items added online . Bratz on ice rink playset reduced from £50 to £15. Roboreptile was £90 now £27. Others as well. Worth a look0

What a joke have had a letter this morning to say that the vtech console is oos after receiving a dispatch email days ago?????0

I received part of my order today. It's coming in dribs and drabs which is daft! Why can't they despatch it all together??
I just hope the rest actually turns up!0 -

Bus arrived today with invoice for £3.30, just need to check my account for actual charge.
Went again today and got some more ELC toys - baby mobile (£5.25), bath toy (£2.10) and another firemen playset (£3.00).
In the gifts department some other bits that had been returned (price labels unreduced, so possibly unwanted gifts). I missed the Comet coin sorter so got one here for £6.00.
Still worth checking as there seems to be new/different stock every day, or they're moving it around the store and I'd missed it previously.0 -
Hi
How do you know what is discounted in store? I have looked at the ELC toys but they are all marked up at full price and there is nothing to show that they may be discounted.
