However doesn't look like they are going to allowed the codes

I ordered 2 knights castles. Had a confirmation email update, only 1 coming, free delivery, no 10% off.

I've had a couple of emails, 1 cancelling an item and a second confirming the enchanted castle but only 1 and I ordered 2, plus they've charged delivery, any ideas?

ive just emailed them asking that the ammend the updated invoice and delete delivery again?

Debenhams online are c**p. Ordered some items last year, emailed me to say they were on their way. Debit Card deducted. Then had a letter 10 days later to say the items were delayed. Then had an email confirming that the order would not be honoured as it was out of stock. Eventually refunded my debit Card about a week after that but they had been earning interest on my dosh in the meantime.... and I could have just hopped on the bus into town and bought the items there and then instead of relying on their internet service and losing out. Good Luck to those of you who have ordered online - but I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for the delivery I'm afraid.....

I ordered three ELC toys and one Vtech online and received a confirmation email on Saturday 30/12 at 9.55am. On Sunday/Monday I received two separate emails each cancelling one item - I will only get the vtech bus and the ELC Fairy Toadstool - the Trike and counting board are now cancelled.

I went to a store yesterday and they had none of the ELC toys I wanted, but I did get a Bratz set reduced from £30 to £9 (this is online at http://www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/...9066_229598_-1 ). They also had Bratz pets - bunnies, frogs, lizards and pigs - for 90p each instead of £5 each.

I also managed to get the ipod disco cube (£22.50 from £75), so it was worth a trip out.

Update: today I was back at work so tried another branch in my lunch hour. Still some ELC at 70% off - managed to get the ELC castle (£25 to £7.50) but not the trike.

My two item order at leat stil shows with 10% off. See if it arrives (unlike my Wii from Comet... Amtrak grrr....)

Went to Debenhams hull today and nothing. Does anyone know anywhere in the Yorkshire area where they have elc stuff?

Went to Debenhams in Trafford Centre today and they had lots of V Smile titles:

Wiggles, Toy Story 2, Noddy, Winnie the Pooh, Little Mermaid, Cinderella, Superman, Hulk/Spiderman, Spongebob, Bob The Builder, Thomas the Tank Engine, Scooby Doo.

They also had the Loopin' Louie foir £3.90 as well which is mentioned on another thread.

A lot of the stuff isn't marked down, we had to get them price checked. I guess this is why there was so many left.

I got a cancellation email today - I dont want the castle if I have to pay postage so wont bother emailing them. You win some, you lose some.
