I have just had all my order cancelled from yesterday too. Had ordered dance mat, crime scene box, and trivial pursuit bitesize. Grrrrrrrr. :-(`Save a little money each month, and at the end of the year, you'll be suprised at how little you have.

i ordered the cool keyboard and the fire engine on the 30th of december
and as yet my order has not been cancelled.I payed with a gift card and used 10% off,free del and triple nectar points,yet my gift card balance is still £20. Does anybody know when they take the money off the gift card,is it when the items are despatched or straight away?

I've just had an email cancelling 6 of my items - i'm not impressed as I assumed when you went through checkout you'd secured the goods!
I've also noticed that the I-cat I've ordered for £15 has gone down overnight to £9! I've emailed them to ask if they'll honour the lower price.
Does anyone know whether they would do this?0 -
This happened last year - Debenhams are rubish online.
They let you checkout and then email you days later saying items are cancelled.
I refuse to shop with them now as I had so much trouble with them last year - I think others on here to had problams last year. I complained and never heard from them typical!!!0 -

I'm another one who got fed up with them last year so isn't bothering this year. It's terrible that they can take an order when the item is out of stock... I missed out on other bargains because I thought I'd secured items from Debenhams.
