Even when you get your mortgage then this will be an investment and if you use the same principals you have learnt and not borrow on the mortgage to buy stuff you will be able to pay of your mortgage well within the term by making overpayments as you know how much a 6% mortgage is going to cost you over a 25 Year mortgage term lol.
No, sorry mate but you are going to have to just face it that you could be a wealthy man.... :rotfl:
I won't argue with that!0 -

You'll have to post a bigger version than that! It's too small to appreciate it!

Hi SS
thanks soo much ss and yr friend - £85 profit :j ! Council tax bailiffs turned up yesterday - council have stopped my previous agreement without warning - nice old couple 'friendly' bailiffs have gone and new nasty bailiffs in place (hiss!) so this just evaporated my !!!!ed-offness for a bit, lol!
thanks again, magic! :beer:0 -
I hate bloody cars!
Cheapest I can find for insurance is £436.76 with Kwik-Fit. Can go through Quidco for £42.50 in cashback so in theory only £394.26. Thats protecting my no claims aswell.
Plus I get a free MOT voucher worth £45 or something so not too bad I guess!
Then there is just 12 months road tax on top for £160! :rotfl:

Bl00dy hell that's expensive, I found not going through quidco works out cheaper as the quotes I got through it were far in excess of normal. Have you tried Tesco insurance, they are supposed to be fairly cheap.DFW Nerd 267. DEBT FREE 11.06.08

Well I did the normal Confused and InsureSupermarket malarky then went back to the best ones. Tried Tesco aswell. They were really good when I was 19/20 but rubbish now!
To be fair I am mid 20's and have 3 points! :A :rolleyes:0
