Even when you get your mortgage then this will be an investment and if you use the same principals you have learnt and not borrow on the mortgage to buy stuff you will be able to pay of your mortgage well within the term by making overpayments as you know how much a 6% mortgage is going to cost you over a 25 Year mortgage term lol.
