Hey SS, Nice going on clearing the capital one and cancelling it!

Do you ever think about how much money you are going to have after you have paid everything off? you are so used to budgeting and keeping track of your finances I think you are going to be a wealthy man in the sense you will have not only money in the bank but also the knowledge of how not to abuse it

Well the idea is to get a mortgage so I'll have even less than I do now! :rotfl:

Even when you get your mortgage then this will be an investment and if you use the same principals you have learnt and not borrow on the mortgage to buy stuff you will be able to pay of your mortgage well within the term by making overpayments as you know how much a 6% mortgage is going to cost you over a 25 Year mortgage term lol.
