    wow! On for debt free Chrsitmas next year - I am WELL impressed (and will be round to visit once you have all that luverly cash not going on repaymets any more and available for lavishing!)

    That's just over a year for me to diet then...
    Debt free 4th April 2007.
    New house. Bigger mortgage. MFWB after I have my buffer cash in place.
