Hi all,
I ordered a a bouquet of roses from valueflora for valentine's day and they have sent me a different type of roses from the one I ordered (same value, different colour). I have sent them an email to complain but they quote their T&Cs which say that they have the right to substitute flowers or colours with no notice. The bouquet I bought was quite expensive and I was quite disapointed to get a different colour, as I didn't think it was nice and I know nothing about flowers, so i can imagine the GF must have felt the same!! :-(
Do you know if there is any way I can get a refund? They offer to send me a bunch of flowers to make up for the disapointment but I don't think this is good enough, given the price of the bouquet I ordered in the first place.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered some flowers for my mum more than 2 weeks ago from valueflora - the first time I have used them. The flowers were never delivered. They then said they dispatched late last week (not sure if they had ever dispatched any flowers before i emailed them) and they stll haven't turned up. When they stopped replying to my emails, I just sent them they same email every day requesting a refund. Got an email this morning saying they would refund me. So keep trying!0

Hi,
I ordered flowers on 12th Feb for Valentines Day and they STILL haven't been delivered. After several e-mails I have only just been contacted today about the order and have been offered a refund but have opted to receive the Happy Roses I ordered just to see what they look like. I've been told they are ordered from Holland though it doesn't mention any of this on the website. There's no telling when the order will be completed.
Good job I bought my Girlfriend something beforehand, phew. First and LAST time I will use ValueFlora. I agree, go local instead.0
