The roses why? They usualy crap?0 -
My Christmas flowers were !!!!!!....I complained and got a refund a couple of days later (but I don't subscribe annually) and would never consider it after the appalling state of the flowers I received.
They lasted all of 2 days and were supposed to last until after Christmas!
Next time there is a 'special offer' my advice is steer well clear. This post was created in an area that may contain nuts!0 -

I ordered flowers for my DD's birthday in November. She received a beautiful bunch of orchids and they are still flowering as though she got them yesterday!!
I am surprised to read about all these dreadful bouquets, guess I must have been lucky.Birthdays are good for you.... the more you have - the longer you live. :j0 -
Until recently I was a supplier of flowers to ValueFlora, I had extreme difficulties getting Valueflora to pay up and as a result of the poor cash flow and my intense nagging we have now parted company.
I hope the dead flowers mentioned earlier weren’t mine!:o0 -

I think that says quite a bit about the state of their finances.
Also, they take nochex, rather than through a proper merchant account, so I'll certainly be steering well clear of them should I ever need to send flowers to a female0 -
A certain insurer I used to work for used Interflora for their frequent "we are sorry we cocked up" moments. Unfortunately, the insurer ended up owing, in one year, half a million quid in unpaid bills to Interflora (staff's inability to follow simple step by step instructions).
I guess what comes round goes round! Maybe that's why everyone else is having problems with them!
Oh, OK - it was Direct Line!Don't bother trying to sue me - I've got no money!0 -

I agree that there's a big ? over their finances. Also have you tried their website today? You might be surprised at what you see!
As for me I'm only a small business and I use Nochex because a merchant account would work out really expensive for my relatively low turnover.0 -

I had a look at their website, and nothing out of the ordinary to report. Seems all normal to me.
However when they say about payment methods, they mention paypal and nochex etc, then mention credit cards, which suggests they're in addition to paypal and nochex, rather than a way of funding. This happened when I made my purchases. Morgan Stanley regarded it as a cash advance, but luckily Egg treated it as a purchase. Also, when I did order on behalf of my work colleague, I didn't mention my quidco cashback0 -
Every link on their website now takes you to a third party through an affiliate program, I think that they have stopped trading0
