VALUEFLORA - Refunds anybody???

Hi
After the yearly VALUEFLORA flowers were so very disappointing I and a lot of fellow MSErs cancelled their subscriptions and were offered refunds
Has anybody actually received a refund yet?
I keep asking and be told different dates when i will receive it, lat time Russell told me i would get it by "the end of the month" that being D
ecember but still no refund
Has anybody had a refund?

I turned down a refund based on him saying they got new suppliers for the subscription. I havent seen the results yet so cant comment.
Have a look on hotukdeals forum if u do not have success here as there are as many people who took up the deal.0 -

Hiya I got flowers from this crowd at easter time with free chocs. They were pretty pathetic to be honest. I ordered roses and although I know they do not last long these were already wilting. Needless to say i didnt place an order at Xmas. You would be better going to your local Tesco or M&S have beautiful bunches around the same price!oooooooh i luv a bargain0

Their flowers are excellent. The monthly subscription deal (£99+) is not.0 -

Flowers are fine, they just varies sometimes in quality. I ordered freesias in the past that were fab and then other orders have not been so hot.
They are reliable and deliver on time.
