I would SAR them,it will be worth a tenner.
I would have thought that they may have come up with your original complaint as the ppi was rolled over! very strange.0 -
Hi, thanks for the response. I actually found the docs relating to the other two loans with M&S & sent them off recorded today. I'm hoping this will be enough and no SAR will be required as according to their letter they have already looked into the two mentioned loans & don't have paperwork.
I also called Black Horse today for update and was advised they are still awaiting paperwork, told them I had already issued this back in September, left hanging while they checked and came back & said my policy was with Hamilton Insurance and I would have to contact them!! I asked them if they had this info back in September why was it up to me to call to find this out?? Is this really the case, or are BH trying to pass buck? My car loan was with Lloyds Bowmaker/Black Horse, I would have thought that they would be collecting payments, as my d/d was paid to them and according to them they cannot find any docs to relate. Any help appreciated!!0 -
Hi
Hamilton is the underwriter/insurer of the policy for such as if you needed to make a claim not a reclaim, so maybe they're confused and thinking a claim.
Whoever set up and sold the account are the ones responsible and the ones you pursue.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Hi, thanks for the response. Does this mean I go back to Black Horse?
Feel I'm getting nowhere with them. They say they say they cannot locate a policy although I have doc that states policy number and is in their details as payment protection. Help!!:mad:0
