Just read the earlier posts. Was Blackhorse's response to the SAR or to your complaint?

You said that you've already got some paperwork? Does PPI show on your Blackhorse agreement?

In response to the above quote:- the scanned copy of BOS Visa application provided by them, was written all over by staff members in different sections, therefore I am not sure I signed for credit care or the section has been ticked for me.

As far as Black Horse are concerned, I had written documents showing PPI which they have said they could not find, I supplied these once I had received their letter and await a response.

I have just today received an offer from M&S for one loan, but there were two others, all taken as new loan to pay off old loan. They have advised they no longer have the paperwork for these two. MY question is this, can I now request a SAR?? I did not do this originally when made claim as I had paperwork for one loan, but not for other two.
