Hi, yesterday I sent off three PPI questionaire's, two to M & S for two separate loans, and one to Black Horse, I also sent SAR request to BOS Visa.

Am I to understand the BOS Visa have 40 days to comply and the other three have eight weeks?

Can you advise if this is the case?

All sent recorded and copies kept.

Hi, Just read someone else's PPi Claim and they said they had sent companies copies of their loan agreements, I did not do this,was I supposed to include this?

No, so long as you have the account numbers then you don't need to supply anything else at this stage.

Received a response letter from M & S advising they are looking into my enqiry and once complete they will contact me within the next 12 working weeks.
No response as yet from Black Horse.
the M & S letter is this the normal timescale?

Hi, as per my last post, re:timescale for M & S is this as per their timelines and also have issued recorded delivery to Black Horse and requested SAR from BOS Visa, do they normally issue a response letter? As only had one from M & S.

Hi just recived SAR from BOS today along with loads of paperwork. My question is this:- they have included my original BOS Visa application this is a copy of a scanned sheet, very hard to make out with a lot of their writing over it. There is a section called credit care which has been ticked, I don't really remember if I ticked this as it goes back to 1992 (this being the default card). This has my signature on whole application - will I still be able to contact them regarding missold PPI due to fact in 1992 I was advised to take this to obtain card.

Update on Black Horse, sent me out response letter to advise they could not find details of PPI, same post another letter advising as they could not find this no further action on their part. Issued copy of agreement with a/c no posted recorded (copies kept) await reply.
