He/ she must be hoping that when ebay staff starts again after the bank holiday that they'll have so many listings to look at that his dodgy one will get through.mah_jong wrote:i too have contacted ebay ...... it was that or doing what happened the other day.... when bidding went sky high!!

No one is claiming what he is doing is right, everyone agrees he is trying to mislead buyers into bidding.
Only thing that is actually wrong under ebay rules is it is in the wrong catergory, and lets be honest how many people actually go into catergories to find items, 99% will use the search function.
Its a bit like you going into a supermarket and want a tin of beans, but when you get to shelf where it says beans and there is only peas there, would you buy them knowing it isnt what you came in for, and then call the supermarket commiting an act of fraud.
Have also reported this seller for second time now. If you click on views next to bidders, some bids are shill bidsMansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j0 -

even though it it keeps bidders ID a secret, it does still have the feedback star next to bidder, and most of his bids are by newly registered or could be people who havent used it a lot. Just seems odd though.Mansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j0
