To be honest im fed up of arguing i don't like it makes me feel funny. Life is hard enough without bickering.0 -

Really! Would never have guessed that.0 -

Thank you Mum24 appreciate the support!! I too am leaving this thread now, I only came on for some advice, not to be questioned and scrutinized about my daughter's health problems. The discussion seems to have went off track and is somehow now the focus of exaggerating claims to gain more income. PATHETIC!!!0

I agree that there are parents out there who inflate children's problems in order to get benefits. I volunteer at a welfare rights drop in and I have seen it with my own eyes.
However from the little that Minx has said I wouldnt judge whether her little girl needs HRC or not, because we havent got the full story on her DD's condition.Pay off all my debts before Christmas 2015 #165.0 -
minx, i have every sympathy for your child. if i'm honest, each successive post of yours, looks like you are trying to justify the HRC. you could encourage her to drink the drinks before bed.
you are CHOOSING to get up at night. surely it is easier to 'encourage' an awake child rather than a half asleep one?
Yes I am trying to justify the HRC, and feel that I am entitled to do so, at every opportunity! And yes I am choosing to get up in the middle of the night because I care about my child, and the consequences resulting from not drinking them. Finally she is ALWAYS encouraged to drink the drinks before bed and during the day, which was the point I was trying to make that it is such a struggle!!0 -
I would like to point out that this board is about ENTITLEMENT and is not here to discuss peoples personal issues or to sling mud.
The boards are here for people to ask how to apply for certain benefits and receive non judgemental answers. None of us can comment unless we have been in their shoes, and personally I thank all that is divine that my boys are happy healthy and without disability. For those who are not as fortunate as myself then they have my utmost sympathy.
No one should feel the need to justify their awards so I am closing the thread and reporting it to the forum team for appropriate moderation.Free/impartial debt advice: Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) | National Debtline | Find your local CAB0
