I JUST WANT TO STOP FEELING SICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Help - I've now felt constantly sick for nearly a week now and I'm feeling sooooooo sorry for myself :rotfl: Don't think I can face the smell of cleaning products to do the bathroom as I promised so I'll try and do the bedroom as Moggins suggested.

    Wish me luck ...

Try wearing a little cloth as a mask, I did when I was pregnant when I had to cook, the smell of cooking, especially meat used to make me sick.

    Welcome Pink_butterlfy :)

*kicks own butt must get off this chair and do something*
One day I might be more organised...........

Heres my update, I am so grateful to moggins and all of you for this as woke up with a headache and so nearly could have gone back to bed after the school run, but mse was nagging in my head so got up and got on with it.

Once you've done your dailies then head up to your bedroom. Hoovered lounge of dog hairs and budgie featheres
Strip bed and load washing machine. DONE
Remove all dirty laundry from bedroom.DONE
Put away any clean clothes. ALREADY DONE
Hoover floor, close all drawers!! DONE
Open window and let some fresh air in. DONE
Sort through one drawer or section of your wardrobe and if you haven't worn it in 12 months then bag it and put aside for the charity shop. SORTED BRAS AND KNICKERS AND DUMPED

Get to the computer desk and tidy it. STILL TO DO, GOING WIRELESS TODAY SO WILL SORT THEN - NOT LOOKING FORWARD TO IT

27 fling boogie DONE - does knicker draw count?

    Tackle a hotspot. DONE

Still to do is sort handbag out as old one broken and got new on for xmas that was lying on bedroom florr, so good a time as any now to transfer it over and sort it out.

So pleased its just the main bedroom, if it had been all I think I would never had started whereas main bedrrom done in just under 2 hours, I can cope with that and hope as things get more organised this will become easier.

Moggins - Ive been checking MSE in the morning for the daily tasks. I think it would be better if I prepared a 'to do' list the night before, as this would save me some time in the morning. What time do you post the next days plan of action?

I usually post it about 9pm. If you need it to be any earlier let me know. I can post it as early as 7.30pm if you like but not before as 7pm is bedtime for my DD and I'm always busy around then.

Well done everyone, you have all done so well today. I am that proud of you I could burst!

For those of you with littlies please don't panic, just do what you can and remember that even achieving one more thing than you usually do is a huge improvement. Take the time to play with your little ones, they are not small forever. If needs be turn your day around, gentle playtime and cuddles with the kids in the day exchanged for one hours worktime when they have gone to bed. Housework doesn't really take as long as you think it does, time some of your jobs and check how long they really take to do, I'll bet you'll be surprised. I discovered it takes me 4 minutes to unload my dishwasher. So next time you know you have 5 mins to spare use it to do some small job and remember that if you leave a sink of washing up to soak for 10 mins in really hot water while you go and read to the kids it takes seconds to actually wash it up afterwards. Let time work for you, don't make time your enemy.

Hi Pink_Butterfly My kids are teens now but I well remember those early days. Be good to yourself and try not to set unrealistic goals- often my problem then feel like a failure! Most of all enjoy those babies!

    Off to do bedroom- DONE!
Bed clothes out on line for an air should have said they have been in WM!

Will get some things gathered for charity shop
Have already managed to do downstairs loo top to bottom- ran out of time for that yesterday! Have done my dailies and tackled some paperwork and filing.

Glad it's just the main bedroom today!
