Flylady Challenge - New Year, New You

Hi all.
Managed to get back in the house around five and thankfully the workmen left it all clean and tidy - in fact the whole of the stairs, hall and landings got an industrial vacuum, so there's one less job to do!
Putting everything back in a tidy fashion will be the next task, but I've decided to be ruthless and have filled two charity bags, listed 20 items on amazon and filled a bag with vids for my friend so I'm making progress.
Don't reckon I will be straight until at least Monday, when I will start flying again.
Have a great weekend everyone
Regards

Started on a kitchen drawer but didnt get very far, but never mind, i now have 2 days off, so might do better tomorrow!!!0

Pleased to hear it's sorted pipkin! Nice of them to vacuum it aswell, workmen who have done jobs for me have always left a mess! Well done with the clear out, it does seem ruthless at first but I love it when I actually clear some clutter.
catowen - Banana loaf - have you got a recipe ? Been wanting to make some for ages! One day I might be more organised...........

Todays mission is aimed to give you all Sunday to play. This will be a long one as there are different things for different needs. I do understand that some of you don't have children to cater for and some will not have children at school yet. Just take from this list what you need for yourself and your situation.
Do dailies
Wash, dry and iron all school uniforms
Wash out lunchboxes
Make a meal plan of sandwiches and snacks (bring children into this, they will enjoy having some control)
30 mins of paperwork.
Tackle one hotspot
Sort out one cupboard (anywhere in the house - you choose)
Do meal plan for following week
Run hoover round high traffic areas.
Do washing up before you go to bed tonight, shine that sink and spend 10 minutes tidying living room and plumping cushions before you go to bed.Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

Thanks Moozie, will add that to my weekend list, usually find it easier to spread the work between the 2 days if Sunday is a day off. Soemthing I found last year with the Flylady thread. Doing housework mornings and play on afternoons. Like you said it's all about making it fit your lifestyle. I'll add it all tonight to the list and post in morning. My boys are back to school Monday so the lists ideal for me. Have left them as had put them on todays listOne day I might be more organised...........

thanks moggins, this sounds perfect as i can catch up on bedroom i didnt do today on account of doing other useful things (honest!) Already done meal plan so will squeeze in a couple of cupboards instead, may even have time for a walk over the fields and a wander round the garden planning for all the things i'm going to do later in the spring. Bathroom still gleaming from yesterday & lounge still tidy from flylady clean day before. Thanks to everyone for their stories & encouragement!0

Thanks for the list Moggins - today's been a total washout on the housework front - didn't get in until 6.30, then out to choir at 7.15 - but am feeling pleased with myself as I did drag myself out with the dogs at 6am! However, tomorrow I will catch up on the bedroom as well as tomorrow's jobs! The house is a bit straighter than normal, so even the little I'm doing must be having some effect!Resolution:
