lil-me next doors garden is 110 foot long by 10 foot wide! They are planning on building another house in this garden so it goes back to back with the house next door if you see what I mean. I already have 2 houses back to back on my left. So all light to my garden and any privacy would be lost completely. My house was a shell when we bought it as we only bought it because of the amount of space and the huge garden. I grow a lot of our fruit and veg and this will end if they build this house because we'll get no sun in the garden.Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

afternoon all, i'm currently in the middle of the 'storm before the calm'
i'm half way through cleaning my carpets, have cleaned behind one sofa, cleaned living room windows and skirting boards, doing a 27 fling boogie as i go along!
all the plants have had a shower and are having a soak in the bath. gotta leave in 45 to get to weightwatchers so had better get on. think its gonna be a late night
oh, and just realised no wonder i'm hungry have forgotten to have any lunch!!Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -
That sounds like fun Moggins.. There would be absolutley no privacy at all. Our garden is great.. we ahve a nursery out the back so a huge wall, to one side we have a salt merchant so have gable ends of 2 2-storey buildings and the other side is a student house which is empty for most of the year and they never use the garden anyway.. noone can see in and the children cannot escape! It is a sun trap as well which means it is boiling in the summer, we'd probably frazzle any fruit! I hope the buildings inspector is a sensible one!!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0

I just can't believe what a difference this flying has made to me and our home in these few days.. I hope I can keep it up and the novelty doesn't wear off. Does it become a habit and second nature? I sure hope so.
I am getting a bit snappy though with the kids.. but they love the weetabix brownies I made for their packed lunch.
Hi Moll, welcome
I have only started last Wednesday and I can't believe the difference this flying has made to my house!! And me, I feel better for it, mentally.

I'm so tired today, but habe got moggins list done, only as rooms have stayed fairly tidy since flying started this year, so today I have really seen the benefit of doing it, as it was easy today, under an hour to do both rooms, and having made the effort I now feel alot happier.Always on the hunt for a bargain0

Todays list took me all the time DD was at nursery. I have a medium sized living room, large-ish dining room, long hall with the WM and TD in what was once the cupboard under stairs and I include this in hall, so loads of area to
cover.
I also put back the chair in living room and dining room table into their rightful place instead of where they have to be for xmas. Then a friend called and after that I went into town and they delivered the new vac after I'd gone out , they're going to re-deliver tomorrow.0 -
