Veg chilli sounds yummy but there is no way oh will eat kidney beans, he can be so fussy sometimes. I feel so hungry right now i just got in so off to make some chicken wraps real quick. No whoopsied shopping today i was just too tired so will do it next monday

This morning we had crunchy nut for breakfast, oh and ds had toasties for their 2nd breakfast, ds had beans on toast for lunch i had leftover chicken fajitas from yesterday and am now off to make chicken wraps with salad (which should be 5/5 veg portions for us tomatoes, cucumber, turkish peppers, onions, beans, babycorn, peppers, mushrooms)

No spending again for me today as i think i have bought everything i need for the week

So today we had crunchy nut for breakfast, for lunch we had cheese, salam, turkish green peppers and cucumber in pitta bread with philadelphia, and my sister (22) is down today with her boyfriend for the whole day so i have fed them so far so trade off is that they are buying us chinese tonight (i have almost forgotten what it tastes like) so there are some vegetables in the dishes like bamboo shoots, peppers, onions, crispy seaweed, peas. So i think that will work out to a little more then 5/5 veg for the day. I do need to get us fruit though tomorrow i want some grapes, apples and clementines from the market as i have used everything i had leftover from last month

Still so much going on, why does everyone like kicking when you are down and just about to get up????? Sorry just so unhappy, stressed and feel like the worlds weight is on my shoulders. Will feel better tomorrow maybe, well probably tuesday as im working the next 3 days in my awful job that pays the bills. Though on the upside im looking into being self employed soonish because come next sept when ds starts school my work is not going to be flexible about me only working 4hr days, when they really want me on the weekend because im their most experienced member of staff and they want me to keep things running smoothly on the weekend. So just looking into what guidelines i need to follow, and how it will affect my tax credits, HB, CTX benefits.

Well yesterday we ate for breakfast salam, philadelphia, cucumber and turkish peppers in pitta bread, for lunch we had chicken nuggets, fish fingers and beans and for dinner we had chicken & potato pie (that will all be about 4/5 veg for the day cucumber, turkish peppers, beans, peas (in the pie)) still havent been able to get out to get some fruit as so much has happened but will do it tomorrow so expect some spending.

& thankyou finefoot for your comment.x

  • I just read your thread from start to finish & I am just so impressed! You go, GIRL! You are doing a wonderful job & keep your eyes on the prize (car, new place, etc.) Stumbling blocks will get in the way but stay focused & you'll get there! XXX
  • Sorry im so late in updating my job sucks worse than ever and i have been doing some overtime to put some money away, so i have been exploring my options with self employment, so have been contacting people to have a look at my stuff to review it see what they think before i take the plunge. Im so scared of losing that steady pay cheque and having to rely solely on the fact that people will buy my items so for the next 2 weeks i will be making samples for people to take a look at.

But have still been keeping track of my receipts, have spent £22.75 since my last post but i need to go out later and spend some more £ so will be back later today to update
