NTL / Telewest 2mb broadband £10 month

Hello Peter I have tried this and it doesnt allow the inclusion of free tv- have they now changed it since you got the quote?

Also I presume you are not an exsisting Telwest customer( and those of us who are would probaly have to cease our service and then - come back to Telewest as a new customer to qualify?

My quote above was as new customer to Telewest.
I don't know much about Telewest packages, I'm with NTL.

Have they always had a Free TV pack ??

If you are an existing customer I assume they will discourage you from switching to a Free TV pack, as they prefer you to pay something for Cable TV.

Are you saying that as an existing Telewest customer when you select online upgrade, you cannot select Free TV pack ??

(This is the same for NTL, where you can only select Free TV pack as new customer & then with telephone only & not with Broadband).

Try selecting options as New Customer & Existing Customer, see what you find.
