Which cars are fully automatic?

After an awful experience with a Toyota Yaris and now with my Honda Jazz, I am looking for a car with a FULLY AUTOMATIC gearbox please.

    I assume you mean new.

Nissan Note 1.6 auto petrol has a torque converter autobox which I would describe as a traditional slushbox.

Is it generally certain makes or does it vary within the models? For example, are all BMW's full automatic (as in the traditional gearbox)?

    BMW's are not all auto.
Can you elaborate on what exactly you need?

I mean if I select an automatic car. I need to have an automatic car due to medical problems. I don't want a semi automatic, MMT, etc due to the failure of the gearboxes. My experience with them is not a positive one, so I am looking for a car with a traditional automatic gearbox.

My question was are all BMW's (that are automatic) a true automatic or the inferior MMT or similar? Which other brands of car are also true, traditional automatics, when automatic option is selected?
    Hope this makes it clearer.

MMT or Multimode manual transmission or a posh type of manual isnt the same as an automatic. an automatic will do the same plus a lot more. there no clutch to worry about just the shift lever accelerator and brake. put the car in drive and the transmission does the rest basically you control stop and go only.

what was wrong with the Yaris then? I have got one at the mo, it is a bit jerky on the old gear change, but it is totally automatic, although can be driven as a manual if you want, but I never do

Three Yaris gearboxes in three years, needless to say I got rid of it as soon as the warranty was up. The gearbox in my Jazz has now begun to slip gears, which is driving me crazy. I was going to change my car within six months anyway, so I'll just have to do it a bit sooner. The reversing sensors also bleep whenever they feel like it and as I cannot twist, they are needed.
