Hi, manda, when I told aol they are talking bunkum, I received an e-mail 5 minutes ago telling me it was a temporary technical fault which will be sorted within days, if it,s not, I have to report back, using missing ref code again, using the reply e-mail.we will see what happens.I,ll keep you informed.

I started getting the weekly email again today with AOL. So thanks if MSE got it sorted, someone certainly did anyway.

I'm with AOL aswell and got mine again on wednesday :T.... Fingers crossed everything is back to normal again .

I'm still without mine! Apart from one week when it arrived I've been without for nearly two months :mad:, Absolute idiots AOL!!!

I was delighted to recieve the email last week on 24/8 but this week's has not arrived again. I'm with AOL. Is anyone else still suffering email delivery problems? Has anyone got any advice on how to fix this :question:

Last received an MSE email on 25/08/2011 and nothing since then.
I re-registered on the MSE site in case my registration had been "lost" but did not receive a confirmation email either!
Oh - Yes I am on AOL and have experienced this with other emails in the past. I have checked all filters etc etc so not much point in contacting AOL. Pat experience tells me that they just tell you to check spam filters etc etc etc......
Anyone finding the reason, please post here

Got a stupid reply from AOL - won't bore you with it. Still no emails for weeks and weeks.

Received my MSE email today via AOL (14/9/11). Whether this means that the 'problem' has been fixed remains to be seen...

Anyone else stop getting them again? I got it for quite a few weeks after posting on here, but its gone again now. I also gave my yahoo address into the email signup box and don't get it on that one either. So strange as Id been getting it for years with no bother.

I'm with AOL and I've stopped getting it too. It's not in my spam folder either but AOL seem to manage to send me the other 50-plus spam emails I get each day after I stupidly used my main email address on Confused.com!!
