Martin's Weekly email not arriving. Anyone else?

I've been having problems for several weeks - keep registering again for the email but doesn't seem to do any good. Up till then never had a problem, the email arrived every week without fail

Hi folks,

Apologies but AOL seem to be blocking our weekly Tips e-mail for reasons we cannot fully understand. We're working on a solution as quickly as we can but I can only suggest that perhaps you can use another e-mail account to receive the Tip. I would also suggest contacting AOL and asking them why they've decided to stop you from receiving something you specifically asked for.

Thanks webby, I have already added my yahoo email to see if I get it this week, I'll also try to contact AOL, although I have a feeling I may be better off banging my head against a wall!

Hi ,

I'm with AOL as well ... and am still not receiving mine .. To be honest i did ring them but their customer services dept are totally useless and no help at all !
I was hoping it would sort itself out rather than me having to subscribe with another email address ..

I emailed them and they just fobbed me off with adjusting my settings and that was all they could do. Didnt seem to understand me when I told them I hadnt blocked it, they had, and they say its my settings at fault.
