    Same here, just stopped this month after 5 years+.got this thread from another.I guessed it was AOL, they do it with 1899, 18185, but tell me there should be no probs.They must have an ulterior motive.I was about to ring them, but doubt it,s worth my while after reading this.They Always blame the settings, no matter what.gmail, no probs.not the same though.

    AOL Broadband give you the broadband, AOL UK give you the AOL email address.

    They used to be one and the same company, but they split in January 2007 as I remember. AOL Broadband can't help with email queries I'm afraid.

    You need to contact AOL UK. Link.

    I see, so that may be why he just fobbed me off with changing my email settings. I'll give them an email too, thanks.

    Just an update, Received my return e-mail from AOL, within the 72 hours I must admit.BUT, their advice is to lower Spam settings from my medium to low, which I think is Bunkum.All that will happen now is to recive more spam.I told them I think the problem was with them, I await there response;

    Well used Jammin's link and asked AOL uk what was going on, and the reply I got was telling me to look in my email account and go through the help pages their and that I should also ask my internet carrier why I cant view them, and that hopefully this will help "my freinds" problem out. What a great help they are and why they think I was asking for my friend I dont know. So seems no one from AOL has a clue what I mean. Hope MSE can get somehwere.
