O m g it is ....it was def def def off earlier .....starting to wonder my self what is going on . Please don't trust anyone as this has got us nowhere . If you have genuinely lost money then either deal with the proper people ie banks and police and trading standards not some new post . He may be trying to help but we have been stung once and halibut if you have nothing good to say but stir the pot then please don't otherwise help new posts out with your experience0 -
Wish the others were back online too or like halibut thinks my goods were just delivered however this isn't right .....how is the site now back up and running ???0

Well TBH Thomas does sound pretty genuine, he is asking for non verifiable info and he maybe the only option to get this site taken down before the weekend where more people maybe tempted to use the site.
Obviously its up to those that have ordered whether or not they give the information. Bigcommerce is a genuine site and thomas B certainly appears in the list of tech support.Everyones opinion is the most important.....no wonder nothing is ever agreed on.0 -
Yes, it's back online. One can still add things to the cart, go to Google Checkout and give money to the scammers. Google Checkout replied to my first e-mail but when I told them in detail about the scam, they stopped answering. Thanks a lot Google.
I spoke to trading standards today and they said that if the chargeback claim was unsuccessful, to phone them back and get further advice on how to contest the case with Google Checkout as they provided a service. This would involve contacting the Financial Ombudsman Service.0 -
Having checked their credentials, and since the information I'm providing is non-sensitive, I have supplied it to him by PM0

Whoever it is, he CERTAINLY has access to the ebuy4u customer database because I provided order number and date and he came back on PM with my correct postcode. Let's hope this is all genuine and he is convinced enough now to take the web site down.0

I have pasted and copied my google invoice without my name and address and sent it to thomas_bc. anything to help.0

To be most helpful to thomas_BC you should PM him your ebuy4u order number, date of order and order value (together with confirmation that you have not received your goods) - these are sufficient to allow Thomas to verify the order details. Remember he represents BigCommerce who run the ecommerce system, not Google Checkout.0
