Only found this thread when searching for paws pet supermarket to try and find out why I had been charged for £32.94 per month since September. I know it sounds stupid, but because I share my credit card account with my husband, I thought he had been buying stuff for our menagerie and didnt think to check with him. Anyway, typical story, bought a cage on line in May, took the £32.94 then nothing till September. Contacted Barclaycard who say I have to contact the merchant and cannot raise it as a dispute until I dont get a reply from them. Tried to look for the website, and got pawspetsupermarket.com, pawspetsupermarket.net and pawspetsupermarket.org. They all seem to be the same company (guaging by the address) so hopefully Barclaycard will accept this. The last poster says that the website is closed, so I hope I am onto the right people (other than the details printed on my credit card statement I have no details). Can anyone confirm where they ordered their goods?
