    Have redone the costs to a more realistic figure, although Capquest have requested to the judge no costs to be awarded. any words of wisdom I should say to the judge? I'm assuming that I do get a chance to speak. I really appreciate everyone's help on this.

    They'll probably default on payment and then sell the debt to themselves. They can then phone up their own number and issue all sorts of barking and borderline illegal threats.

    shame though on Judge to award so miniscule amount as costs...
    serving SD without any proof whatsoever to someone who is not even a debtor in question is so serious thing IMHO it should be punished by ten times more than that (at least)
