Well they could be stupid enough to try again but I suspect that they realise it will lead to a formal complaint and a serious boolocking from any judge if they ever try to enforce this non-existant debt, plus they would risk their licence.

HAve you considered reporting them to the OFT?

I hadnt as the OFT seem to be very slow in dealing with companies like but I guess if we all thought like that the OFT wouldn't know at all so I will look into it

Please because what affects the OFT is the volume of complaints re each DCA and also whether the offending DCa has already been "given guidance". Those who are already in trouble get rather more attention.

    Pay up, and apologise.

Sorry, that's what they should do...

    Hi,
Can someone point me in the right direction for the letter to send Capquest as they have failed to send my money within the 14 days set by the court.

    Thanks

Also just my luck! When judgement paperwork came through costs had reduced to £120! I really must have done something bad in a previous life!!!!
  • Ring the court and inform them that the money has not been paid and what are the steps to get the bailiffs involved?
I'm not poor i'm just skint
