Yes of course it does. Although sadly still unable to spell "considerably". :D

Missed that early Hamish. Loads of money.

Any comment on your change of status when you were on HPC?
Can you put that comment and picture on that you used to have?

I own multiple properties already. Until now I've been content that I just don't want the hassle of dealing with tenants.

What no tenants in your multiple properties that you own already?

You own 2 Hamish. And an aging relative lives in the wee one rent free until they die.

Sorry mate, perhaps I should use smaller words or something if you don't understand.

Hold a BTL long enough on I/O and it don't matter.....

Sorry. But I do believe old Spamish (and sneaky pimperni1) are suggesting that a scan of an article from April 2005 showing how JD predicted that house prices would crash in 2007 as banks reigned in debt is "revisionist history".

Cripes, you keep all his paper articles ready for scanning?

    Are you his mum?

Perhaps he could make some mirth inducing comments about snow or flat screen tv's.

Post 163 (frustrating when people start two threads on the same subject and you need to post the same issue on both).

Nope. Turns out that evidence of all of JDs media contributions are readily avaliable online.

Where's the foaming-obsessive-bull community only appear to be able to reference each others deranged unsubstantiated claims.
As opposed to, y'know, actual facts. ;)
