Geneer are you aware JD sold STR in 2002 as he was expecting a HPC 50% fall from 2002 price levels:eek:
Plus.......................
Geneer is now up to 62 posts one MSE on one day on MSE (he has made an additional 5 since 9.56pm). Plus posts on other property forums. A solid 10 hours work on a Sunday !!!!!!!!!!!
You go girl !!! Let it all out.:D
What triggered this Geneer? Did you exchange contracts today at 2007 prices?????
Can I have a pint of what ever Geneer had today?:)

Hello Again PG. Are you aware you've essentially spammed the same thing across three threads. It really is nice to know you care.
As to your question, It seems all the bulls are aware of this.
Sadly theres not a scratch of evidence to suggest this is true.
Probably related to the actual evidence that it is total !!!!!!!!.:rotfl:0 -
You are brilliant Geneer:T 100 plus 'HPC' posts over a 10 hour non-stop marathon on multiple forums !!! That has got to Guiness book of records stuff:beer: champ.
Are you exchanging contracts tomorrow at 2007 prices?;)

It could be very selective 'proof' of JD's prescience. What did he predict in 2003, 2004, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010?
Not much as it happens. Turns out HPC was not formed until late 2003, JDs first media prediction in 2004 has been discussed, and following 2005s rather accurate display not much else until 2007, where for some inexplicable reason the media decided it was worth listening to one of the few people to see it coming.
Seems that one of JDs earliest media predictions was in april 2005, predicting the house price crash would hit in 2007, and be caused by a debt crisis induced by increasing interest rates. Not to shabby.
Especially when compared to Ray "Sept 07 House prices are unlikely to crash" Boulger et al.
It also looks like the Bullish "Legend" of Jonathan Davis has been a web of embittered lies, exaggeration and chinese whispers.

Oh dear. Poor old PG seems to be taking this news harder than I thought.
Sorry PG. I didn't realise the BULL LEGEND OF JD was such a sacred cow for you.
Which is not to say I haven't enjoyed sacrificing it on the alter of MSE.0 -
Completely off topic. But being an amateur astronomer, I saw a London Bus on the moon earlier today, driven by Elvis Presley. As a trained lip reader, I am sure he was singing "There's a guy works down the chip shop swears he's Elvis......"
I'm probably a bit stupid, but I can't see what this has to do with House prices!0 -
So would JD now say that there has been significant falls in house prices, or is he still predicting a massive fall?!?Plan
1) Get most competitive Lifetime Mortgage (Done)
2) Make healthy savings, spend wisely (Doing)

geneer apparently can't tell the difference between hpc and mse.

And now even the CC mods are pointing out the failings in his spurious assertions.
that link was interesting. it seems geneer is as poorly regarded on that site as he is here. he also uses the same debating technique:
1. post something to try and boost his argument.
2. have it torn to pieces by most of the sensible posters.
3. spits out dummy and gets personal
4. creates a new thread on a different site about how he outwitted everyone in step1.
5. back to 2.
