Just dropping in to let you know that my medication hasn't worked and I'm being readmitted to hospital. I have a clinic appointment on Monday, which my brother is coming along to (always good to have your own personal medical advisor to ask the right questions and understand the answers!), and MRI on Tuesday and go into theatre on Friday for them to see whether they can find any more clues as to the cause of the problem. I've been transferred back to the NHS which is good (OK, so the coffee won't be free, and the carpet isn't as fluffy) as the facilities are better and all the relevant specialists are available. My local hospital is fantastic, so I know they'll look after me. I'm just a bit stunned by how quickly its all moving. And relieved I told my dad I wasn't feeling well, otherwise I'd still be sitting here complaining about it and not doing anything about it!

My mother is coming down on Thursday and OH is trying to get organised so he can be here, so I may suffer from too much being looked after... but at least my mother can organise the bathroom people :) I've called the guy who painted my windows and he's coming over tomorrow morning to talk about all the gardening and maintenance that needs doing. So I just need to find someone to do my cleaning in preparation and while I'm off... and then all I need to do is tie up the loose ends for work and get my paperwork done and there will be nothing to worry about while I'm off.

Greenbee sorry to hear that and I do sincerely hope you are much better and have some answers very soon

Sorry BD grabbed me, last few days been pretty rough with the boys with all the end of term anxieties but it's over now yeeeehaaaa! I am that mad woman who loves the holidays even if i have an occasional moan. Doesn't take a lot for BD to grab me again lately. I'm here. Must have sensed that piggers sending out a search party!

Since I've been gone I have been achieving

My room spruced again today so it's still clean and tidy (yes fair enough not sorted all the gibble boxes but it's tidy)
Ordered everything but the boys trousers online so we are sorted for back to school
Dug through the garage for some caravan bits we need so they're all at the front ready
    Packed some more
Cleared loads of parp from the dining area
Caught up on nearly all those piles of laundry (one to wash and 3 to dry left)
Done some more on the kitchen
Done a full meal plan, shopping list and part of shopping for first holiday
Finished all outstanding work on the website
Sorted all outstanding paperwork that needed dealing with
Quick spruce of the boys room and sheets sorted
Winter duvet taken to laundrette and washed *what a pig to get dry* decided to save on drying fee and wish I hadn't!

Tonight - pack some more, finalise shopping list to collect tomorrow, tidy more of the kitchen, pack more uniforms into storage bag as they dry and collapse in a heap :)
One day I might be more organised...........

Sorry to hear that Greenbee, but it sounds as if you are being well looked after. My DH flits between NHS and private. Depends on who he is seeing, and for which bit of his mind or body isn't working! Monday is good - no time to think about it.

Dinner decluttered, and kitchen done. I might just put my feet up tonight as I really am exhausted.

Piggers that's not a bad idea because Luke won't go in it, even if I put cheese in to tempt the little mouse, you know when BD is around and mam hasn't been for 6 months as we have 4 baskets of oddies :o maybe I need to work on my frogs list as that's another fat toad job :o oh and I'm a hoarder so I'd keep them in true mse fashion....

Right, boys still awake and I can't be bothered to chase them round so hmmmm pack another box of stuff from the kitchen for hols, reduces what I need to find space for :)

Greenbee, I am sorry to hear you are not well but hope that you are well looked after and are sorted out soon.

We have had a bit of a disastrous week since I was last here. Mainly car problems and DH ill.

But a positive is that we took a car load of stuff for recycling. There is still a long way to go. I have 2 x DSs home and another getting home next week. And I am back in decluttering mode.

Well, I have done b*gg*r all today :(
After an early start I have ground to a halt.
The dog has been scalped  He does not like the groomers, but needs must. He was so hairy & smelly! He has to be muzzled, and wriggles a lot. The guy does a good job considering!!
DH, DS & DD2 got back from camping while I was out this morning. DH then spent the next couple of hours sorting out the camping gear & getting it put away. He then got dinner on, and cleaned up the kitchen :T In my defence, I have been working all day :o
When the kids went home, I went upstairs to have a nap in the hope that I would sleep off my headache. It has sort of worked.

DH & DS went out in search of new jeans & a wet suit earlier. They came back with a kennel!! The dog doesn't seem too impressed with his birthday present :rotfl:

    Get well vibes to Greenbee

Lil_me - (((big hugs))) Do you want to borrow our kennel for the BD?
