People out of conTROL who make provocative comments to start arguments amongst others.
Like people who say things on facebook about their work colleagues.0 -

Why not quit, and i'll take your job?
have you followed anyone's advice? I would suggest being a productive member of staff, from what I can see (your posts) you're a very unprofessional person, and that kind of thing will backfire on you, you can be fired for your attitude towards your job, and if you're talking all the time, insulting the workforce, and all these general "I don't really care about my job" things, they can fire you for being un-happy there - blah blah blah work future etc. So get your act together, and keep your job. this thread is quite sillySaving for the future

If someone's printed it off, and if they show it to your boss, and if they have reasonable belief that it referred to them, and if they use this on top of your being distracted at work, and if they take it to a disciplinary, then it's possible.
In the meantime there's absolutely nothing you can do, except stop using FB in work time, stop referring to work on FB, and if you did *actually* refer to someone as 'Mr Poo Head' then you definitely need to grow up. My four year old goddaughter would use that expression.
KiKi' <-- See that? It's called an apostrophe. It does not mean "hey, look out, here comes an S".0 -
Whether they think the comment applies to a boss or a coworker.. yes, if they choose they could consider sacking you for this. If they have a copy. There are lots of incidents of this happening and not many of them have been able to be challenged successfully (although I think one in the US did succeed).
I can't see if you have mentioned above how long you have been at the company? If its over 12 months they need to go through their disciplinary process to dismiss you. If not you have no protection at all.
If there is anyone on your Facebook that you work with (or you are aware has contact with people at your work) and you don't trust completely to not ever give away anything about what you write (even by mistake) then you need to remove them. Or stop putting anything about work on there.
You may have gotten away with it this time (if they don't have a copy) but don't expect to be so lucky again.0
