Can I get sacked for this?

If I was your boss the comment would not bother me, but the lack of productivity due to talking and distracting others would be a real concern to me.

Is there something wrong with your delete button? They do not have to prove anything - employers only require reasonable belief. Why give them the opportunity to believe anything. delete it!

No-one can prove who you were talking about, I hope it was on your phone though and not a work pc. Make sure you change your settings to privacy on facebook and delete anyone who you think are two faced.

talking in work time is hardly a sacking offence but heed their warning and delete the comment off facebook and change your settings so no one can see them except your friends

This is evidence which you may have grounds to challenge. Establish the purpose of the cctv as its normally there to detect and deter crime, not to snoop on employees.

I have lost the will to live. Again. Twice in a day - pretty good going, even for MSE.

Well it is too late to worry about that now isn't it? Perhaps it will act as a reminder the next time you are inclined to post things about your employment?

I am allowed to express an opinion which is what I did. If nobody expressed an opinion this would become a very boring board! But thanks for your view.
