When I say scam I mean that they are making me pay more for the same item

which would come at the cost of an extra 27 pence

Seeing as Tesco made £3.8 Billion profit last year, I doubt very much if they are attempting to deliberately scam you out of 27p

Am I the only one who is totally disinterested as to whether Tesco want to assist people in committing slow suicide?

There are loads of products that Tesco have limits on - from my own experience orange juice and bottled water to name a couple. If they choose to impose a limit, for whatever reason, then why not shop somewhere else?

How about having managers talk to each other? Just an idea like :p
3 managers and still cack service - sheesh! time to cut out the rot.

I think you're asking for too much there. :p Trust me...

Well lovey bean, I'd stop calling Tesco scammers (because they're not, and you're being a silly billy) and focus on tackling your 'household' smoking habit. Good luck!

    Don't be so patronising dear.

Is this the same "I hate Tesco" poster that re-spawns every week?

No, there are lots of us that hate them. This is a different one. (NB I don't post about them every week.)

    This.

What part of this 'incident' was a scam exactly?

The word scam is thrown around far too often these days, by people who have no idea what a 'scam' actually is.

All this boils down to is you disagreeing with Tesco's policies...get over it and shop somewhere else!
