Parking Eye Appeal Rejected...What Next???

Thanks to all who have posted. The consensus is that despite registering an appeal against the "invoice" that the next step is to ignore everything now. Will this necessarily result in a summons?0

Hi, I'm a total newbie here and was wondering if anyone could ease my panic! I am the registered keeper of a car that parking eye has issued a ticket for, although I wasn't driving the car on the day, I sent an appeal, with a copy of a bank statement and a reciept (within the time restriction) and although I've sent this appeal, I have today received another demand wanting payment by the 4th of August of the payment goes up, also if I pay be credit or debit card, this could inccur a further charge! I've tried ringing, but the phoneline is totally automated, so I can't speak to ayone regarding my appeal!! I'm also worried they'll take further action if I dont pay. Having read some of the threads, it seems as though the best thing to do is to ignore them, they've not responded to my appeal, just sent this other letter demanding payment. Please help0

No help needed, just read the preceding posts on this thread and you will see that its safe to let them waste postage and paper chasing a non existant debt.
Ignore them.
Ignore them a little bit more
Still ignore them
You get the picture?
No ccj
no court case
No Nuffin.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -
Follow the advise above! Then follow it with a good dose of ignoring them!0
