spent an hour or so with a list of books to check the library for. All require an inter library loan, and double checking amazon counting the ones available for 1p it works out cheaper to buy my list.
how much are kindle ''books''?0 -
Whilst I'm not sure any "real nutters" would actually turn up to a mass meet you can never be sure. Nutters are unpredictable.
Yes, they'll totally ruin the atmosphere at the orgy.'In nature, there are neither rewards nor punishments - there are Consequences.'0 -
Wheezy identified many people by photo many moons ago
Hmmm....I think I did rather badly there, compared with the others.
Lucky that Wheezy was caught on video back in the 90s, when he was fondly known as 'Bob'.....:D

Lir there is a company called Better World Books that sells a lot of books for 1p as well as plenty for a lot more. Through BWB you can buy old library books. Some of the sale price goes back to the library authority, so they can use it for running their libraries and buying more books; part of the money goes towards literacy charities. Plus it means books don't end up in landfill. Here's their website if you are interested:

Also, I sense you are close to a couple of different counties. You may find you can join libraries in more than one and avoid the fees for inter library loans. Give them a shout if you think it will help (well, a whisper might be more appropriate but you know what I mean). Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

If we met up we would know each other. If we hadn't met up we wouldn't realise who we were murdering...... or something like that ???0 -

Anyway, I'm not coming. Its a bit like seeing the film after reading the book, you all may not turn out to be how I imagine you.
It's part of the fun... wondering. Though it may be amusing to arrive in the room and have to guess who's who (though I know some of you have already met).0
