His other cousin was very publically disgraced, dragged through court and whats the barrister one of ''stuck off''? while dh was making applications. Also an unbelievable amount of people interviewing dh had been taught by his dad. Not good, not good at all.
You didn't, no. For barristers, it's "disbarred" rather than "struck off the rolls", as I think solicitors are?
That must have been fun for DH (-:...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
Has anyone been watching "Angry Boys"? It's BBC something (we've watched it all on iplayer).
It's absolutely brilliant, incredibly funny, too. The main actor is almost everyone - and anyone who can be really convincing as both of twin 18 year old boys and their Granny is one hell of an actor....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

I probably do, sorry!...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

How about this one jelly:

I've just looked at the paperwork from the hospital. I've been issued with a chemotherapy diary. But the darling nurse has gone right through every page with a felt tip pen, so it now reads '[STRIKE]Chemo[/STRIKE]therapy diary', 'Your next [STRIKE]chemo[/STRIKE]therapy appointment', and so on.
Mind you.... the chemo was self-administered at home.
I should mention at this point... they kept the old; my replacement wasn't able to take on everything I'd been covering, so they'll get a few days practice with the well old before the ill old's delivered back... didn't want the old ending up back inside through poor levels of care from siblings0
