I used to get cramp when sea swimming quite a lot. Because my parents were remiss the ytoung me swam a very long way out from abandoned coasts, so it was sink or swim. When neither are an option you want to choose and cramp hits in I was told to put my arms out to the side, letting body hang down into the water, and tip head back, so that you don't end up floating face down. A bit like you are being crucified but head back not hanging forward. Always worked for me, you recover a lot and pick up where you were, or rather, head in for a bit.

I loved the move Hamilton did on Alonso when the latter just came out of the pits, probably viva didn't It's good to see Vettel being challenged, hopefully Ferrari and McLaren can keep up this form for the rest of the season.

This is the 1980's all over again...

Hamilton = Senna (charismatic, charger,major love hate figure)
Alonso = Prost (tactically asute, the Professor....hates Hamilton/Senna)
Webber = Mansell (the fans favourite who has all the bad luck)
Vettel = Piquet (fast, great front runner when everything is going perfectly)

I don't think it'll be that bad... I think they'll just book the old into the care ward to make sure they're taking the right meds for the big C. Once in there maybe it'd go that far. No idea yet. Just getting through this week and appointments etc, to see what each day brings.

Think Walter Mitty rather than a serial killer... but unable to self-medicate and unable to be told (by me). If I insisted/persisted, it'd get nasty... so I back off and take the stance "I am here with the stuff.... your choice".

Much hilarity is created when using subtitles for music with no sound on. My sister and I were getting ready to go out once when we had the tv on mute for ricky martin, who we read was launching into some sort of German Drinking song....ALE ALE ALE. if subtitles could allow there would have been an accent over the ''e''.
