I've never had a party, so won't be needing 3 fridges.
The most my fridge will ever usually contain at one time, after a HUGE shop, would be: 250g margarine, 250g pack of cheese, 10" pizza, bag of peppers, 6 cans of fizzy drink.0 -

sounds sensible to me, if you are very sociable.
DH wants one of those crazy wine cellers they sort of screw into the ground. I'm not at all sure about this, but I guess the time to put it in would be soon and underneath the extention....I don't believe he's told the architect about it. Otherwise it has to go in the garden somewhere....not sure how that would work.0 -
Have to say it is the Samsungs that have a reputation for breaking (quick google will tell more) - design fault, condensation forms near a fan which eventually freezes into so much ice the fan can't turn any more. Samsung eventually admitted design fault and hence free repair. No its a Samsung and the engineer left an answerphone message to say he'll be here in the morning.I think....0

We keep quite a lot of our veg in the fridge too. Tomatoes and so on seem to last longer that way, sometimes even as long as their use-by date.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
I've just been rude to someone. Admittedly he started it.
Two men in black car on my driveway. It happens a lot...Lydiaj has seen it and can imagine why people mistake it for a layby. Normally if you ask some one if they are ok, or need some help, they apologise and I say ''that's fine'' but this this guy said
''Everything is PERFECTLY fine thank you'' but in a superior way. It must be because I'm grumpy still but my hackles rose...
''I'm afraid this isn't a public layby''
''Yes, yes, I know, we are just stretching our legs, we'll be going in a moment'' rude and dismissive
''I'm afraid I'm asking you to leave now'' admittedly, rather superiorly myself now.
''Got the message'' somehting in his tone of voice riled me
''Oh good'' ok, I'm cringing, as it was unnecessary ''I wasn't sure you had capacity too''.
Totally beneath me to snap so.I don't even mind people stopping there once they are aware its not public and they have apologised and smiled. Its not a problem to me so long as I can see they aren't scoundrels. I just didn't like him. (the other guy was silent) they were both reasonably dressed in suits and he was well spoken...but he made my hackles rise.

Correct diagnosis. All repaired now.

I think our FF is getting more noisy (only notice it at night so not certain) and worried that there may be an expensive bill coming - it is an electrolux and about 5 years old.Correct diagnosis. All repaired now.
