How come men's minds always remember the technical words?

Men have a pointer that helps them find their way around, too.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Actually, I find it quite funny that after years of jokes about women turning the map to reflect which way they are facing we get.....the satnav which does exactly the same thing.

Round here, nearly all the houses were built in the 1910s-1930s, and the garages are too small to park a modern car in. I don't think I've ever parked my car in a garage.

We worked out we could fit the Aygo in the garage, if we de-junked, folded the wing mirrors in and drove really carefully. Not sure if we could close the garage door.

Our garage was built in 2004.

Our garage is about 18 x 16 - we could get both cars in but I am hoping we can have the junk, the bikes and a table tennis table in and still use it for 1 car.

Nicely avoided the smutty joke with the sat nav comment; we need PN to lower the tone properly.
    I think....

In my youth I made up in the car. For some reason I was extraordinarily proud of being able to apply perfect liquid eyeliner while driving along with everything else. I can't do it reliably first time at home with a solid survice for my elbow and a magnifying mirror these days. I might occasionally smear a lipstick/gloss in a traffice jam though.

Usually only when the car is parked, and definitely only with handbrake on and car in neutral, but yes. My priority in the morning is to get my kids out of the door on time for school. If I only achieve that by not putting my make-up on until I'm in the car park at work, so be it.

I do have some strengths - punctuality isn't one of them. :o
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.
