its that time of year, isn't it? I used to think it was to do with new academic years, but it still happens....that autumn dip in energy when you seem to have to do a lot but have to drag yourself around. DH is certainly saying he wants to get away early today to come home and sleep.

Mine is down to the academic year cycle...

They make one hell of a noise!

The clothes seem to have no static if I use the balls, so they are probably separating the clothes out, which could lead to more air between the clothes, which should encourage more even drying.

You seem to have had a few set backs in the last few weeks, how is your health in general?

    I'm sorry am I moaning a lot :o:o:(

that means the answer has to be :

    Fine thanks! :)

In seriousness, ok...just annoyances really. :)

edit...if I groan yell at me. Its really bad but I do feel my self slip into ''sick person mentality'' which is really , really annoying for people around one, and IMO, very bad for the sick person too! It could always be worse, I should be dead, and instead I'm very much the opposite. I've had some really, really good days this year too. :)

    Is that you with Isaac?

I didn't really assume your avatar was you but it's always nice to put a face to a name.

It was me, 7 years ago (-:

Yes, that (was) me and Isaac together.

Moan all you want, if it helps.

I'm moaning because the filling I had redone after my holiday is working itself out/ down. Back to the dentist on Monday.

    But...you've only just begun....

These are the most important two weeks in the year for primary school teachers. Get the tone and the routine right just now and the rest of the year will go well. ;)

I used to begin as I meant to go on, firing on all cylinders. :A

Of course, I didn't go on like that at all..... but I meant to! :D

I'm having to do loads of extra hours at work at the mo (I still keep meaning to post about stuff in t'other place).
However, got home last night, & whilst watering/feeding my toms (by torchlight - am I sad?) I believe I have the first one turning red!:j
I will join you in the excitement as ours are turning slightly red now at long last.....but they are very small. Davesnaves are the nuts tho'..did you see his pic?
a few treats always adds to the quality of sleep, don't you think?

In fact, treat number one is plumbing in the washing machine, because I wan't to do it but can't bend over atm for giddyness, so have had to wait.

I think I'm going to get a tumble dryer today too...so we can play laundry for a while.

do those spiky balls do anything...are they worth getting?
I am not sure whether that was one on my OH's list of ideas....did he enjoy it? :)

I don't know what the spiky balls are but we use a tumble dryer and as long as a bit of conditioner is in the rinse, then things don't go static.

DD has had a busy night on the Twitter....and whilst online researching my 'illness' I've watched the inbox ping with sales.

The bit that stresses me out is how many illnesses have symtpoms of scary ones.
Looks like I have slight ptosis as sis noticed one of my eyes slightly drooped when we were on hols and her friend had the same thing. I noticed it a few months back and just thought it was ageing but just one eye.
Gives a reason to register with a doc back home though as hadn't got around to it before now.

PV panels are meant to the better ones to get aren't they LJ? I missed how much yours costed up.

Youngest went base over apex today in my parents front garden....they have an ornamental bird bath made up of concrete (or some sort of suitably hard material), been there for years, well before any of the boys were born in fact and youngest just walked across the grass and right into and over it and landed on his head by my car door in the driveway!

Thankfully, no broken bones but he is now sporting a large bump and graze on his forehead, a grazed hand and lovely bruised shins...me being panic mum (I get very eek about bumps to the head), instead of driving home, drove to our local little cottage hospital to make sure the bump on the head was not too serious.

We're still trying to work out how he forgot it was there, it is not exactly small...mum joked she is going to paint it bright yellow with hazardous black stripes on it.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.
